Before reaching Heian Jingu, I spotted the Book Off’s Kyoto Sanjo branch. It had lots of stuff from Books to CDs and trading cards too. The books and CDs were in very good condition and are going for very affordable prices. I’d recommend anyone planning on going to Japan to check out Book Off.

Large/wide tracks

Some text. “Incline”

It says something about transporting stuff between Otsu to Kyoto and water from Lake Biwa.

This was on the tracks

Further down is Keage station (subway) where we took to Karasuma oike to switch from the Tozai line to Karasuma line back to Kyoto station.
